We started this podcast to share the knowledge, experiences, and wisdom we have gathered over the years to help men, family, friends, and anyone who listens to become the best version of themselves. We believe that it all starts with a relationship with Jesus and from there, your Creator will help you discover and attain the purpose He has for you. When living in His purpose, you will experience the joy, peace, and fulfillment your heart desires.

About Eric
Eric is happily married to his wife Marjie and they have 4 all-star kids John, James, Molly, and Jaden. Playing sports has been his lifelong hobby and he has been able to play football and baseball at Bluffton University. While in college he met Jesus and has been following Him ever since. He started his career as a math teacher and football coach but eventually switched professions to pursue business analytics and consulting. Recently, he became a certified member of the John Maxwell Leadership Team with an emphasis on coaching. He founded Attain Coaching, LLC, to help men discover and attain their purpose while fulfilling his unique purpose to educate, equip, and encourage others in their relationship with Jesus.
About Rick
Rick is married to Lisa and they have five adult children. Rick’s career has been in the area of leadership and people development. He has mentored many who have risen to senior roles in their organizations.
Rick and Lisa’s plan in retirement is to share the joy they find in their relationship with God by giving back and meeting people’s needs. “We are so thankful to God for his love, hope, forgiveness, and the promise of salvation, we want to show this kindness to others by meeting immediate needs. We ask God daily what we can do to show his love to people.” In doing this, they have been amazed at how they have seen God work.
Rick also enjoys mentoring in the areas of living as a Christian, business leadership, divorce recovery, men’s fellowship, and career.
